What kind of delivery services does visavisnantucket.com offer?
We use UPS as our carrier, and therefore, cannot ship to PO Boxes. We offer Ground, 2nd Day and Next Day shipping. Shipping rates are calcuted by weight and are shown on the checkout pages.

 

All orders placed by 1:00 pm on a business day will begin processing the same business day. All orders placed after 1:00 pm will begin processing the next business day. Please allow 1-3 business days for order tp process and ship.

 

An email with tracking information will be sent out once your order has shipped. If you have any problems with your shipment, you should contact visavisnantucket.com by email.

 

What if I want to place a phone order?

What type of payment methods does visavisnantucket.com accept?
Currently we accept American Express, Discover, Visa, and Mastercard. Your credit card will be charged the day the merchandise is shipped.

 

Should you cancel your order before you receive your package, shipping costs will not be reimbursed.

 

How much sales tax will I get charged?
We are required by law to charge any applicable sales tax to any orders shipped within Massachusetts (6.25%). For any one item over $175, the amount over $175 will be taxed at 6.25%. Orders shipped outside Massachusetts will not be charged tax.

 

Return Policy
Returns are accepted on items that have not been worn, altered, or washed; in original condition with all tags attached. Jewelry may be returned if original tag remains affixed to the merchandise. Fragrances, undergarments and sale items are final sales. Due to the small size of our operation, all returns must be received within 14 days of customer receipt. Items bought on Nantucket in our store follow our store's return policy which allows 7 days for returns. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt. We do not refund shipping and handling charges. Refunds generally appear on your credit card statement in one to two billing periods. Since all our online orders require credit cards as the method of payment, your refunds will take the form of a credit back to the same card used to make the original purchase.

How to make a return
All returns of merchandise purchased on this website require prior authorization. Please call (888) 228-5527 or email visavis@nantucket.net to obtain a Return Authorization. Once you receive a Return Authorization, you may send the returned merchandise with the original receipt to one of the addresses listed below. Insure your return for its full value. We will not be responsible for packages shipped by you. Upon receipt, Vis-a-Vis has the right to deny credit if merchandise does not meet our policy requirements.
